The service, which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, requires no advance notice, set-up charges, service charges, or surcharges for nights or weekends. Service is billed by the minute and prorated to the second. Clients are only billed for the time the interpreter is on the line, with no minimum call duration.
Once signed up, customers simply dial a toll-free number and input access and language codes to be connected to one of over 3,000 professional, certified linguists for sessions in any of over 150 languages. Average connect time is 25 seconds. Live customer care representatives are available as well.

All interpreters are native-level masters of both English and the target language, have a minimum of three-years consecutive interpreting experience, have achieved a 4+ ILR Skill Level, and are members of or accredited by a professional association, such as ATA, AIIC, NAJIT, CHIA and IMIA. Interpreters possess a range of knowledge characteristic of a person with at least a BA or equivalent, and extensive vocabulary ranging from formal language to colloquialisms and slang.
