Hmm, that word &quot;offering&quot;, where have I heard that before? 
Oh yes, in church, as in &quot;Let&#039;s take up the offering&quot;. Seems to be a good description of the SDL customer service policy - passing round the &quot;offering&quot; plate every few months and expecting generous donations.

For the record, Google hasn&#039;t heard the phrase &quot;SDL Technology Offering&quot; very often at all. To be precise, just once - on this very page. Perhaps that&#039;s why Google doesn&#039;t get the cheesy shakes.

All very tongue-in-cheek, of course. My preferred TM program comes from another supplier (hint: the company is based in Madrid). And they don&#039;t have the &quot;offering plate&quot; mentality.</description>
